Rental Period:
The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

Driving License and Age Low Limit:
In applications;

E and D group vehicles (Symbol, Hyundai) 23 years and 2 years driving license,

F and G group vehicles (Focus, Megane) 25 years and 3 years driving license,

S and K group vehicles (Passat, Mondeo) require 28 years of age and 5 years of driving license.

Deposit (Credit Card Usage)
Our rental customers are asked to have a credit card issued on their behalf during the rental. A pre-authorization in the amount of 300 TL can be blocked from this credit card, depending on the group of vehicles they rent.

Usage and Mileage Limit:
There is no use in vehicles rented a kilometer limit and tools are available only in the Republic of Turkey.

Traffic Fines:
All kinds of traffic fines and liability that may occur during the contract belong to the tenant.

Insurance:
All vehicles T.C. it is insured by Traffic Insurance as well as Private Insurance Insurance. In case the mentioned insurance conditions are not met, the responsibility belongs to the tenant.

Points Outside Insurance Coverage:
Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
Exceeding the determined speed limit,
To move the vehicle from its location during the accident,
Not having priority official minutes and documents within the scope of insurance such as accident detection report, alcohol report or stolen report,

* The key and license are excluded from the insurance coverage if they are stolen because they are portable goods.

* Non-accident Tire, Glass, Headlight damages can be secured with LCF insurance for an extra fee upon request.

Fuel

Fuel prices are not included in our prices, the fuel delivered at the level specified in the contract at the beginning of the lease is delivered at the same level at the end of the lease. In vehicles that are returned with missing or empty tank gasoline, the fuel difference is taken together with the service fee.

In our vehicles, the gasoline tank warning light is not delivered and it is delivered to the customers with a certain amount of fuel.

Additional Driver

In the event that the license is shown and complies with the rental prerequisites (except for the deposit prerequisite), 2 drivers can be written on a contract without any charge, and a fee of 5 TL / day is requested for each driver after the 2nd driver.

Baby and Child Seat

Vehicles can be provided with baby and child seats upon request for an extra fee. If you specify during your reservation, our reservation officers will inform you.

Navigation device

Vehicles can be provided with an optional navigation device for an extra fee. If you specify during your reservation, our reservation officers will inform you.

Out of City Vehicle Delivery

If the place of delivery is a province other than İzmir, an additional fee will be charged depending on the distance of the region from İzmir.

Change Requests in the Lease

Rental price and reservation confirmation are given according to the conditions agreed at the beginning. In cases where it is not possible to meet a change that can be demanded under these conditions in an operational way (having the vehicle booked, arrival of the maintenance mileage, etc.), this request may not be met. Even if the change request is accepted, an additional fee may be demanded or no refund can be made in early returns, as this will change the price calculation determined at the beginning. A change that may occur in any of the following conditions may change the rental terms. The request for the extension of the rental period is received by phone at the first extension, and it is confirmed by collecting the fee by mail order. For subsequent extension requests, the vehicle must be brought to one of our offices and checked.

   * Changing the return date and time (extension / early return)

    * Change of return station

    * Vehicle group change

    * Request to add additional drivers to the contract

    * Time difference

The rental period is 24 hours. For the 3-hour late delivery, 20% of the daily rental price can be requested. In cases exceeding 3 hours, a 1-day fee will be charged. Delays on vehicle returns without approval may result in the Insurance Benefit Coverage (Full or Exempted Accident Insurance) being disabled.
